What is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?
Paintless Dent Repair is the process of removing dents and other damage from your vehicle by returning the metal to its original state and shape—or as close to original as possible—by using various tools and techniques.
The PDR process involves gently pushing and pulling on the metal from inside and outside the panels on your vehicle, allowing its “Metal Memory” to guide it to its original form.
It's less invasive.
There’s no breaking of factory paint, no grinding of metal, no dismantling of your vehicle, and, in some cases, PDR saves your vehicle from requiring harsher applications like body filler in the repaired panels. As long as the paint is not broken, there is a good chance PDR can offer you several options as alternatives to the standard Conventional Body Shop Repair. In some cases even if the paint is broken, PDR can help.
It takes less time.
We can estimate your repair in 15-20 minutes, schedule your service in about 2-4 weeks, and, once we have your vehicle, complete the PDR process in 1-2 days (depending on the size of the repair). Compare that timeline to conventional repairs with scheduling about 2-3 months out, then an average of 6-9 days to complete the repair process.
It's less expensive.
The savings in paint prep and refinishing (painting) are significant with PDR services — typically 20-50% less. PDR is also “Claim Friendly” as insurance companies save money—and so do you. In many cases, you may pay for PDR and not have to make a claim, saving you even more money in the long run because your insurance company won’t raise your rates.

Scheduling your PDR estimate
Save your time and schedule online!
Scheduling an appointment means you’ll get the full attention of your PDR technician within the allotted time frame.
When you arrive for your scheduled estimate appointment, the first step in the PDR process takes about 15-20 minutes: dent location is identified, photos are taken, severity is determined, repair access is established, panel material is confirmed, and your customized plan is developed.
Next, your PDR technician generates an investment estimate. You’ll then receive an email with all the information and you can decide how and when you’d like to proceed.
Not sure if your vehicle is eligible for PDR services? Our team can also offer you an estimate for conventional repairs and…”we’ll take it from here.”
